Thing 9: Document Sharing in the Cloud

I found Google Docs is useful when we are working together on a topic that need discussion sand ideas from diferent people.  It's pretty simple and easy for people to learn.

However, Google Docs is only useful and actually effective when users are familiar and comfortable with the tools. Right now, except for IRC staff, colleagues at other sections are not familiar with this tool, thus did not use it often.

My experience of collaborating on a single document with multiple users has been good and bad at the same time. There were many positive new ideas that I can add to my documents.  However, it also caused confusion and controversy, sometimes never ended. Also for countries that English is not a first language, sharing document may also be a problem when English capabitliy varies from every different contributors.
